Outsourcing Audit

The finer degree of organization and operation of the enterprise has led to a more specialized division of labor. The use of outsourcing operations to assist the integrity of the supply chain and increase the breadth of business services has become more widespread. However, there is no complete set of measures for how to select the appropriate outsourcing partners and how to supervise the outsourcing vendors effectively after signing the contract.

On the other hand, internal human organization also lack of appropriate professional ability to identify in advance propriety vendors and manufacturers, and afterwards to supervise the work requirements of the Act, so that when outsourcing vendors may occur illegal circumstances, there is no manpower and ability to make risk judgments and remedial measures.

General Bureau of Highways — Information Security External Audit

Information Security Sub-External Audit of the General Bureau of Highways, which conducts an information security outsourcing audit for the General Administration of Highways, its seven supervision offices and relevant organizations of the Third Generation Supervision Office.

External audit operations services include

  • Design data status questionnaires to assist the authorities in conducting investigations on the status and safety of externally held data or units entrusted by the organization.
  • Design audit checklists and audit implementation procedures to assist agencies in establishing a management system for outsourcing audit operations.
  • Train auditors — train the internal affairs of the unit, the auditor's office, and the personnel of the information unit to perform the outsourcing audit operations.
  • Execute the audit plan and assist the agency to implement out-of-office technical inspections (through tools and technicians), management inspections, and data flow security inspections as required, and produce output reports to track various discoveries until completion.
